Remember, your body is building an entire house, a home for your baby.
That takes a lot of energy, emotionally and spiritually.
Your mind, body & soul are preparing to enter motherhood.
As beautiful that all sounds, as a first time Mama that can be overwhelming.
But these scary changes can bring us the most fulfillment and growth in our life if we know how to navigate through the ups and downs with ease and grace.
What to expectMy highest goal is to educate and empower you; so that you are able to make the best decisions for yourself, your baby and your family.

Each topic can be as shallow or in depth as you need; you are welcomed to bring in other topics that interest you or you have questions about.
My sessions usually include meditation, breath control and Body Work or Yoga. Through the period of our collaboration I am available through phone, text and email for any questions or concerns.
How to contact me
I’m available for sessions in my office in Midtown Sacramento Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm.
Please schedule appointments in advance. Although I’m trying to be flexible for “emergency”? appointments.
I’m available to travel to your location, home or office from Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm.
For locations within the radius of 5 miles from midtown Sacramento will be no extra charge for our sessions. For further away locations I will charge a small amount for travel costs and time.
My sessions can be booked individually or as a package.
Payment per check or cash only, at our first appointment.
